More About Tai Chi:

Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise with the goal of improving balance, reducing stress, and providing pain relief. Instructors will take you through a series of slow gentle movements that can be tailored to individual needs. According to the Arthritis Foundation, Tai Chi is one of the best exercises for patients with RA, OA, and low back pain.
